About Me

I'm a middle school special ed teacher, wife, momma to a fuzzy little kitty, new homeowner (as in, I'm newly the owner, not that it's a new home--it's a fixer-upper for sure!), reader, writer, musician, youth group leader, and lover of all things thrifty and creative!  On my bucket list for the near future is tackling my first veggie garden, remodeling the second floor of our home, and finishing my master's degree.  This blog is my outlet and a chance to meet new friends.  I can't promise to be witty or say the latest and greatest things...but I can promise to be myself 100%  Stay a while and leave some love!
